Membership - An agreement will be sent to you to sign and return with the following information.

Users of the kitchen must sign an agreement that includes the following:

1. Current food handlers card

2. Health department license that covers all activities required by the local health department

3.Current copy of your insurance that lists Capricorn Commercial Kitchen as additionally insured.

4.Members are charged the day of booking and due by midnight or before.

5.Members will receive a monthly bill on the 3rd, if paying monthly.

6. If a member cancels a booking 24 hours prior they will not be charged (cancellation fee is $25.00)  

7.A refundable security deposit of $200.00 if the kitchen is left clean and trash is removed.

8. Animals are not permitted in the facility.
